Lerrin is an Arizona native and graduate of Arizona State University, leaving in 1969 to embark on a professional baseball career. He was heavily involved in real estate investments during his professional tenure, and upon retirement began investing in Arizona Businesses Opportunities, owning and operating three companies. He has been in the Business Brokerage Business since 1981 having overseen the sale of over 2300 Arizona Business Opportunities.
